Carling Jackson of Vancouver, Canada is a humanitarian, educator, ex-D 1 athlete (soccer) and professional, award-winning athlete portrait artist who primarily focuses on using contemporary art to effect change and make the world a better place. Globally known as "The Athlete Artist.” Jackson has painted custom pieces for over 180 athletes from 22 countries and 17 leagues around the world, Carling’s dedication to creating custom pieces which encapsulate athletes’ visions make her both unique and universally recognized around the world. In addition to creating live art at NBA All-Star Weekend to having her work featured at NFL/NBA athlete foundation events and more, she has been commissioned to create custom pieces for NBA Iman Shumpert, Jamie Foxx, NFL Marshall Faulk, Premier League's Joe Willock, NFL Adrian Peterson, WNBA Jewell Lloyd, Arsenal's Nicolas Pepe, Arsenal's Emile Smith Rowe, MLB Adam Jones, NFL Jalen Ramsey and NBA Matt Barnes, to name a few. She also has her own 20 ft sports gallery inside Bluewire sports of the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas.
Beginner Pastel/Painting Lesson Package

You will be sent a package of art materials (from Paris). Set includes: 1. Sennelier Oil Pastels - A custom set of pastels specifically for portrait drawing. These mimic paint and are made of the same pigments as paintings inside the Louvre 2. Sennelier Oil Pastel Workbook/Sketchbook 3. Pastel Blender 4. Faber-Castell pencil set, eraser, sharpener 5. Art kit to keep materials in Once received; Carling will schedule three private lessons which include instructions on how to draw and "paint" (with pastels) your favourite athlete using the pastels. Each lesson will be 1.5 hours over zoom. *No art experience required. Carling is also a certified teacher completing her Bachelor of Education in art at UBC in 2016

Includes two 1.5 hour drawing lessons (how to draw your favourite athlete/celebrity) *No art experience required.
